If you really can't find a way to use these points, then you should not be using Yes bank cards at all; because there are cards with higher rewards with and without subscription fees.

No. These cards are specific for Swiggy and Tata products

I have observed a pattern with Yes Bank tagging online transactions as offline which is very frustrating. How can Swiggy transaction be offline is something I'll never understand. Very frustrating indeed. I have a list of 10 transactions where this has happened. Have written to them and shall update if they reply anything sane.

I called them and they confirmed that those transactions received 18 points per 200 meant for offline transactions instead of 36 points per 200 for online ones

try calculating manually, sometimes they do inform incorrectly.

This is daylight robbery, 50% less points

Anyway if I apply for Marquee , it will be for the joining bonus and the non spend benefits, which are really good like BOGO movies up to 800 and unlimited domestic and international Lounge access even for the add on card.

I don't think I will ever use the card online to get points for 4.5% return (if points are used to buy air tickets)

For food delivery try to get
Axis Airtel (25% cashback on Airtel, 10% cashback on Swiggy Zomato, all utilities)
or
HDFC Swiggy (10% cashback on Swiggy and 5% on many other merchants below,) not just 4.5% (reduced to a pathetic 2.25% in your case)

I too observed this... I thought it was a mistake.
Now it seems they are methodically cheating customers...
If this bms and lounge access is also not reliable it will be time to close this card.
I can't bear with lies and cheating...period..

Now that you mentioned it, I remember that first business card includes International lounge access but they did not bother to send me the priority pass.

Only when I sent a written application, then they sent it to me.

Yes, very true. I already have the airtel, Swiggy and Tata Neu infinity as well. I thought of giving a chance to Marquee, but it is proving unreliable.

Yes . . It was my mistake as well in promoting this crap based on the face value. .they are exhibiting deceitful behavior which is a massive NO from me.
