Pretty much the title. They opened a savings account along with my CC. I have been fighting hard to close it, but to no avail yet. Anyone else faced the same issue ? How do I get it closed ?

Yes, I totally agree! But it’s inconvenient for people like me who don’t have HDFC or IndusInd bank debit cards for credit card bill payments. 😅

same here. I also have this auto-pay enabled for cards where I have a savings account in the same bank.
but I pay before the auto-pay timing manually through other ways to get cashback and the auto-debit never happens.

This is a kind of fail-safe if I forget to pay the bills.

I usually pay 3-4 working days before the last day.
