Worth applying in early 2023?

I am interested in getting one specifically Citi rewards.

Reason for early 2023 application is because of the current month I got 2 cards pre approved: Millennia and League Platinum.

Given Citi is aggressively pushing signup offers (like INR 5K Amazon vouchers) + relatively low spend criteria for the Rewards annual fee waiver, what is the issue in applying for Citi cards? I see a lot of Amazon/FK/Eazydiner etc offers for Citi cards these days.
