which whey protein supplement/brand you prefer or use

Its protein powder. For protein bar I like Twt, Yogabar and Good diet from Bigbasket. MB makes protein bars too but they are the worst tastewise.
I've replace protein bars with Amul protein lassi/blueberry protein shake.

has anyone tried amul's whey protein? It doesn't seem to be available anywhere, but still... Also, for a first timer, how do you drink it? with water or milk?

Buy protien from good international brand like Muscletech, ON, Dymatize only. Trusting indian brands protein powders is never a good idea.
all the brand you have mentioned have a high chances of getting a fake product if not buyed from the company itself as most of the adulteration product are from these company only and many indian brands are good you just have to look for them

I would like to get some suggestions on which whey protein should I start with. I’m planning to start gym from next week. I’m lactose tolerant. Earlier I used to consume sugar and my digestion was a bit late but from when I stopped consuming sugar I felt like I’m digesting food pretty fast. Don’t know which whey should I start to not feel bloated or feel stomach issues.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
if you have bloated or feel stomach issues then you should look for isolate protien from brand like muscle nectar, naturaltein,Avvatar and if budget allow then on and dymatize

Try checking their website daily you might get it.
I drink unflavored one with water in the shaker.
Earlier I used ON Double Chocolate and had persistent digestive issues , for past 6 months started using Amul Whey and have getting better results along with good gut.

Where and how often do you all check for offers, discounts?
Are there certain months of year when we get huge discounts?
I am looking at Whey isolate powders and brands which are "Trustified".

I think it's a pricey brand anyway.
But,
I am actually looking at other good brands for discounts and offers in the next few weeks.
Good quality whey protein will always be expensive due to the ingredients which goes into making it. My personal suggestion is to get isolate protein from Isopure or Dymatize.

The cheap protiens which you find in India are full of concentrate, which will mess your gut in long term.

It's a thing in the past bro. Trustified YouTuber Arpit lab checked every protein brand and from a reputed EUROFINS lab. Though some new cheap brands scamming people but they get called out. I remember how fake brands were before 10 years but now there are so many good brands that even Muscleblaze is facing the heat of competition. I've been consuming protein from more than 10 years and now people have choices in every price bracket. Nakpro, MuscleNectar are few who are currently good. But the flavour is not their forte and you should not expect at that price too. I've recently tried Naturaltein it's around 2k per kg but has natural sweetner. Naturaltein is expensive but got it from Nutrabay at 2k. It's a night and day difference. I'll stick to Naturaltein now as I don't have budget problem anymore. I've tried every Protein brand almost. Also don't get isolate as it won't matter a few gram of carbs if you are not competing in bodybuilding.

True.

I’ve used both TWT and Amul whey concentrate, and both are equally good. Amul, priced at around Rs. 1,750/kg (or Rs. 1,575/kg if you use the right credit card), is also quite cost-effective. The only downside with Amul is that their product is almost always out of stock.

I'm considering trying MuscleBlaze and Avvatar next.

I am using Avvatar and results are amazing but price is increasing every month...I buy it from official Avvatar website, they run some discount every month and there is a permanent 5% discount code plus there is cashback credited to your account on website which you can use for the next purchase, So I am able to get the price a down a bit...I guess Foreign brands are unnecessarily hyped while most of them are average, We now have good Indian brands which can be trusted

Isopure is the best but can't afford it for the regular two scoop consumption so using ON from past 4 years
