That is true but I have always been underweight my whole life. I’m guessing it’s just my metabolism but I prefer being skinny.
Do everything but don't do Dirt Bulk for increasing weight. Mass gainer are filled with carbs that will increase your chances for diabetes. Eat clean, work hard, take creatine, eat 1.5 g per kg body weight Protein and limit sugars. If you are talking creatine, drink plenty water and don't eat fast food or calorie dense foods or you will be like Anant Ambani in no time.

Yes mine is 6000U too but it is to be swallowed with water. Maybe will change to yours after it finishes. I just take it because there isn’t any harm in taking it and it prevents seasonal depression.

I don’t eat any dairy products. Need to keep my skin smooth lol. This is why I started D3
This is correct..
You must take D3 and Ca together...

D3 helps in absoring Ca from the blood stream and depostis into the Bone ,teeth etc.. to make them stronger ..
Conversly,
If you take only D3 and no Ca in your food or supplements , then this D3 draws Ca from the bones and puts it into the blood stream, to maintain the sufficient Ca levels in the blood.. there by weakens your Bones and teeth..

this explains why you are underweight..
your bones are not healthy...
you must take Ca supplements along with D3, otherwise, you will have problems very early in your age...

Body needs well nourished food to keep all the vital organs work properly....

You need to consult a doc for immediate attention.....
