Breakfast: 2 eggs boiled for 4 minutes so the yolk is not hard but jelly like.

Lunch: 3 eggs fried with Chilli oil with chicken and other dish including chicken/pork/fish

Dinner: Whatever I want + 3 Chilli oil Fried eggs

I bicycle a lot and do calisthenics in general but I do have a 6 pack since I am very thin 6’0 49kg

Lunch : Diet Snacks or Ice Cream or Juice

Evening Snacks / Dinner : Kachori or Samosa or Kulcha or Bread Pakora or Chur Chur Naan
