What is PG charges? Payment gateway takes charges at the time of redemption of White Pass? Or you're referring to some PG/convenience charges for Govt websites? There aren't any charges for retail merchants right?

If your intention is for govt sites like income tax payments you have to account for PG . I am under the impression that you are targeting this card for tax payments.

No no I was just figuring what would be the 3 best Kotak credit cards to keep now after the massive June-July 2025 devaluation of Zen and League. There are 10% offers from Kotak regularly on various merchants like Myntra, Tata Neu, Jiomart, Reliance Digital, and of course Amazon, Flipkart, so this 1%-2% extra allows double dip. For that I was figuring out the reward rate of which would be the 3 best ones to get for my requirements:

White: 4L spends: 1% as cash, 1.5% as Amazon voucher, 6L spends: 1.4% as cash, 2% as Amazon voucher
Zen: 3L spends: 1.1%
League: 1.25L spends: 1%
PVR INOX: 3% (₹300 movie ticket for ₹10K spends)
Cashback+: 5% on Grocery
