I paid around 3.5 lacs in CC bills using my IDFC Select Visa/Firstap and got the max 30k RPs. Wondering, does this 30k threshold include the 4k joining RPs too?

Ps.: I opened the Select account this month.

Yes its included and I learnt it the hard way. I got 250 points instead of 8K

Okay. And we're suppose to receive 8k RPs as joining benefits by doing a trxn on Select Visa and Firstap Rupay separately, right?

I have just received 4k joining points from Rupay trxn & yet to receive on Visa and since I have reached the threshold of receiving RPs for this month. Can I expect those 4k additional points in next month by contacting the customer support?

From now on only once the points are given as welcome benefit. And if you have reached the limit and lost points then that's it. You can't ask for remaining points in the next month.

Morning I paid. After debit card transaction, the screen was white. App was very slow. Luckily the card received payment. Now Zavo showing it as paid and got the usual two coupons. I think their server is getting busy.

you should have transacted on the day DC option was back. It was moving on snail pace. I think 1st of June also will be the same way.

If you have BOB Credit Cards then pay cc bill via razorpay gateway using IDFC Firstap RuPay DC and get rewards -

Note - try first time Rs300 and check rewards credited or not, 2 weeks se try nahi kiya hu.

Yeah, I think since March transactions not getting properly. But as pointed out by @ritziveer and many others across the platform, we should be getting the points, of course without any exact timeline. Who knows we might get in June itself?

No it depends. Coz for 1L also I got 1000 rewards, and for 2L also I got same 1000. So can't tell exactly

I recently got upgraded to wealth program and now the old visa is replaced with wealth visa debit card.

I have two questions:
1. Would I get welcome bonus on my new bisa debit card?
2. Do I have to cancel by existing firstap rupay card and then again apply to make it wealth rupay card?

No, use your existing firstap rupay card on Zavo app for Credit Card bill payment and get 8k Wealth account welcome rewards.

No need to use wealth visa debit card.
