Payment successful on Zavo but not credited in credit card. It's been 2 days and reward points also not credited. I'm so much afraid as amount is huge.

Got into a serious issue
With GoodScore .
Paid Bill on GoodScore on 15May 3pm , txn failed money debited .
immediately requested for refund from goodscore chat and also raised dispute on idfc bank .
Now , its been 7 days still no refund. and today i called their customer care and they told me that we will process now the refund no earlier request was placed .and i asked for ARN from them but they told me we cant reach the team now can you call us tomorrow morning ?
Am i fucked up ? Should i lodge a cybercrime complaint now first ?
Will i get the refund for sure ??

1. Really earlier request was not addressed and they would have taken request now and you can ask them for the timeline. while talking you can record the call.
Also, there might be delay, with that time only they earn interest,
2. It is almost zero chance they can run away since it is online, moreover based on your PAN, if it is fetching cibil means, RBI backing might be there. hence no need to be panic.
3. Also with 24k, they might not run away, since you are able to talk to agent
4. I clearly understand human mentality moment something is not refunded, even with most trusted like amazon also, we would be panic for a moment.

Anyone getting points for Zavo app transactions? Whether MCC changed?
I had paid Rs.8000 using Zavo+IDFC rupay. It’s been 30 hours, no points received yet. In application its shows category as “Credit card bill” (screenshot attached).
I also paid Using Zavo+UPI- even that is being classified category as “Credit card bill”.
