2 months back, I have paid my cc bill through good score and freecharge app. I don't whether it's eligible or not. I called the customer care, they are not saying anything.
How to check through chat?

I had done transactions on Ebix (MCC 4900), Savesage (MCC 7392) and Freecharge (MCC 6012)...none of these are excluded as per t&c, however on chat in asking for specific transactions, I was told all were ineligible. As these were all done in April, waiting to see what finally comes in June.

What is the MCC for SaveSage via debit card? Will it give cashback for hsbc salary debit card?

Savesage MCC has changed from 7399 to 8931. But as per this, it should still be eligible for cashback.

Where are these MCCs mentioned, and are you sure the 'utilities' keyword is listed on their terms and conditions page? Last time I did a few transactions with MCC 4900 and received cashback for those

I too did get cashback for a MCC 4900 transaction I did in March. Not sure if it will still fetch cash back.

savings and CC are not related. You have to maintain AMB 3L for select banking
