HDFC Millennia DC - use HDFC bill pay portal and set autopay and get 2.5% upto 400 cashback per month.

Use this method only if your cc bill generate amount between 16k to 40k.

My experience of getting 1% cashback on HDFC Platinum debit card.

Dec 23 - Opened Savings Max Account and got 'Visa Platinum Debit Card'. Started getting 1% cashback (upto Rs 750) on making payment of ICICI credit card through Bill Pay on HDFC platform. In around 6 months time it stopped automatically.

Nov 24 - Changed the account type to Speciale Gold and also converted to Classic Banking (on request). Placed order for new Platinum Debit Card with hope to get word Classic mentioned it. But again got the same variant 'Visa Platinum Debit Card'. Anyways, again started getting...

I heard Autopay is not reliable and my bills are below 16k usually. Currently using freecharge for 4k with different accounts. So wanted to if it still works.

From what I understood in this thread, I have sbi account and idfc 10k MAB account..if the cc bill is <50k/month , then better to use sbi VDC 0.5% via unipay, MobiKwik ,amex bill pay ( as idfc gives only 0.3%) and for >50k+/month cc bill( via freecharge & phonepe) then idfc rupay tap card for 1.6% ....pls correct me if I'm wrong.

No it won't be beyond 1.67%

Millenia should also be working on Payzapp right ? Load 40K and transfer it back to bank account.

I paid school fees via idfc tap card on Friday and another payment on Saturday. I received the reward points instantly for Friday payment but nothing on Saturday payment. Same school, almost same amount.

No only Paytm works and that's also useless with the increased charges.

Update: Today Tried 2 payment i skipped PHONEPERECHARGE merchant and did only for WWWPHONEPECOM

Both 1000 and 10000 i did rewards points was instant.

For sbi virtual debit card payment of 50k i receive 500 + 500 points, but no separate milestone bonus points, this i am talking for the payments done in the month of march. I made a total payment of 2L 50k*4 in the month of March. Is milestone points expected in april and when?

Milestones can take up to 120 days, and they are credited back-dated. So just keep doing your transactions, you will get them eventually someday.

Update, I did test transaction of 1K using IDFC firsttap, got phoneperecharge name & got points instantly.
