This is old first reward portal. Update you IDFC Mobile app then try to redeem it.

RP not yet credited, it’s been more than 24 hrs

Rewards point now instant credited, update the IDFC app, calculate your total rewards carefully before transaction and after transaction.

What was the phonepe merchant name ?

For idfc firstap card, I didn't get 10x reward points as 1 transaction out of 4 is not reflected in rewards though all 4 have same merchant name. What can I do

I have updated. Any other app for idfc? Couldn't find in play store.

I have received same error via web browser also.

Number of time we do 50000 payments. You can also do Rs200 and get virtual bonus reward (multiples of Rs200).

Total monthly capping 10k rewards, milestone are not included on capping.

Actually the card got removed from my Yono app. So I applied for another VDC on Yono and got it instantly. 🤣

That's what I told you, once your account is blocked or locked SBI vdc automatically removed from your account

Use SBI VDC at bill desk, it will fetch rewards, IDK about idfc 😕

This 50000 is now updated to 1 lakh. At least for new cards, don't know about existing ones.

Better to ignore this one as Freecharge is only free till Rs 2000 per month. After that they apply charges so it's useless

U will be able to redeem those points after 14 working days from the date of credit

I think this has been always 1 lakh but for vdc since we get bonus points 50000 will be considered as 1 lakh
