Actually you cannot pay credit card bill payment using Amazon Pay balance. Wallet is working fine. You can try MobiKwik or PayTM for paying credit card bill using Amazon balance

Steps:
1 Download Latest Version of Airtel App from Playstore

2 Open Airtel App (Any Sim Works) > Link Rupay UPI CC

3 Goto To Bill Payment Section > Credit Card Bill > Any CC > Enter Amount

Now Pay Using Rupay CC UPI

ℹ️ Note : It will show Charges. However, They are not deducting any charges.

Both PayTM and MobiKwik is working fine in Android. Kindly reinstall or update your App and check.

Open Amazon app and activate your Amazon UPI. I think your Amazon UPI is disabled (or check your bank balance via UPI on Amazon).

Now activate Amazon wallet UPI on Amazon app (full kyc wallet users).

Now close all apps and open paytm app or mobikwik app.

Updated - If your credit card loading is disabled then try this trick - you can also load via Uber app on Amazonpay wallet using your credit card/prepaid card.

Also Earn HDFC bank credit card rewards points via Uber app loading to Amazonpay wallet.​
