Any idea how long it will take to either go to failed or success state?

If it goes to failed state, how long normally it takes to get the refund back.

My 24 July pending state TXN is refunded today.. usually this pending thing happen for sbi cashback type card where the balance amount after cashback is less then the statement amount.. ex statement amount 2000 minus 100 cashback ... Balance is 1900... But when we try to pay 2000 from z@v0 it fails

You'll get for all transactions. Before menu activation as well.
