Paytm only but fetches huge convenience fees someone told cred cc payment fetch reward point

Hit and miss. One payment I got reward points with 0.59% convenience fee and other payment till date never received with same convenience. Now indus points are useless. They brought points+cash on indusmoments site. Old portal shifted to indie site and they removed cashback option.

After seeing this message, i just checked my indusind net banking. The Reward redemption option for DEBIT card is still PRESENT in netbanking.
Surprisingly i see that there is 1200 extra points credited than my old rewards, which i had checked 1 week before.
I am not sure if it is a bug OR just credited any of the previous transactions.
I stopped doing debit card transaction from my indus debit card from last 3 months, since it was like hit or miss kind. I had missed points for many transaction, initially i followed-up with customer care, then i realized that, they can't do anything, everything is controlled by system.

Others please check if you got more points by bug or for previous transactions.

Lastly, without taking any chance, i just redeemed 1900 points to cash. No extra charges.

Just a question, what if my extra points were due to bug !! will they take back ?? Even though i can show my previous transactions where i did not earn, but fighting with indus customer care is a challenging task , i have to giveup in the interest of my time !!

Points credited they won't take back. Indusind system is one of the laziest and worst system. Yeah now they are shifting to indie website. If you can find old NetBanking redeem as soon as possible. By the way are you using Android or IOS. Myself Android. In Indie NetBanking it redirects to indusmoments site. I tried online NetBanking in incognito mode still new site. Cashback option is not available in indusmoments site. No vouchers too. It shows only products with points and cash. I have 2650 points idle.

first tap rupay dc becomes an alias of idfc select DC. So the same limit of idfc select dc which is 30K points per month

after upgrade to wealth .. will same rupay becomes alias of idfc wealth dc and have 50k limit ? or I need to generate a new rupay card ?

I guess it will. As rupay dc is tied to the bank program.
