Can anyone help me ?

Paid 25k on Goodscore and txn failed on same date . Its been 7 working days over and no refund. Goodscore team told me that refund got initiated on same date itself . But received no money .
Will i get the refund or im getting scammed by Goodscore? Should i raise compliant on CyberCrime ??
Can anyone sort this out .
If i ask for txn proof they being stupid sends me an excel line item of some info saying refund details and doesn't give UTR too. Gave literally 5 reference number and 3of them are iternal numbers , one being BBPS number and anotherone being Phonepe txn id.

Since there was some cashback on paytm but was not accepting rupay CC directly, hence i used bajajpay and selected "other UPI", which redirected to paytm.
But transaction FAILED.

Understand, here, money was paid from kotak CC , through Bajajpay using Paytm handle.
Hence when failed, i was waiting the reversal to appear in the source bank (kotak CC), bajaj told they reversed, but i was not getting.
However when i checked, they reversed to paytm, so my bank linked to paytm was Axis bank.
So i had received the refund in axis !!!!!

So, please check if this happens / matches in your case

Is IDFC first tap still working, and on which platforms? I don't wish to use some new or shady apps tbh.

Also, for SBI VDC, I think I have stopped getting any cashback by using it on Paytm, can any buddy confirm?

no my intention was to CC to bank. My worry was bajaj was telling refunded and i was not seeing in kotak.
It just happened like that, later, i was happy since there was benefit to me.

But how you can make some payment to fail intentionally ?
