We have two manufacturing plant a total of 45 Lacs of electricity bill. Can some one suggest which business or personal credit card to use for the payment without surcharge .

As you are having 2 manufacturing units and getting that much of Electricity Bills, you must be HNI accounts to some banks.

Ask them for some Corporate Credit Cards and discuss with them.
