Which axis bank account should i open for pre approved offers?

I am thinking of opening an Axis Bank account to get a pre-approved offer since HDFC is giving me none. Which account should I open? And what balance should I maintain?

I currently have 777 cibil with 1.3 years in age of credit profile

I was considering Axis Liberty but the branch employees keep trying to sell me higher tier options with lakhs in AQB to get pre approved so I became uncertain

How much balance would be good to maintain?
Liberty needs 25K only.

It's completely upto you, if you have the money then go straight for the burgundy account.

SBLBR will be good enough.. keeping above 25K will be fine.. I got so many pre approved offers for more than 10 cards.. just keep transacting with bank account.. example: paying other bank CC bills thru CRED etc.. all the best
Yes, I kept transacting but only on cc bills on cred for quarterly spends of 60k. No other spends done.

Thanks for the guidance on account maintenance

I have just opened the Liberty account at a branch with 40k UPI transaction done to the account. Though I will add another 10k by end of month to maintain 50K MAB

As you suggested, I should use this account to pay credit card bills through CRED. So will it be a viable and good usage if I do 50k as base maintenance and I transfer another 30-50k every month into the account to pay CC bills?

And as for transactions, if I purchase something on maybe zomato or Blinkit every now and then, that is also ok right?

Also last thing, should I start paying the cc bills from next week onwards or wait till next month bill? There is an existing cc bill with IDFC due for 1 June from last cycle

You can do transactions and cc bill payments straight away.. no need to wait..
But try to do regular transactions at least every week...

Just a small question, in the Axis bank app. For now when i open apply now and then cc, it takes me to a cc application page. So will i be directed to pre approved offers in due time directly without me filling the application form?

Do you have any existing axis CCs?
How old is your sb account?
No axis cc

It’s been only a week old as i alluded in this thread. I will wait whatever amount of time it takes for pre approved offers but I just wanted to be sure about the details regarding where the offers appear and if it was normal that i am being taken to cc application page right now?

Okay, yes you are looking at the right place only. When you get any pre approved offers, they will be shown here instead ofvtaking to the new application page..
All the best..
