Was using their Pocket UPI. You can transact on same without UPI pin. Only needs to enter your phone authentication like Fingerprint which we need to unlock phone. Last month one night just received message that all of my balance 4320 deducted in buying a Google play voucher. Immediately complained they blocked the account in morning. In mean time checked transaction statement, saw that even Google Play code shows up in transaction statement. Look at the design. No UPI pin required plus code will show in statement. Any of there IT guy can easily hack into any customer wallet.

Thats dangerous. I too used to use their pocket upi when the first ₹1000 was free. But now not using it, though some balance remaining. Moving it out immediately

They froze the account. Asked me to send identity proofs to unfreeze it. Which I was not comfortable in sending post this incident. Called customer care. They also asked to send documents. Asked to lodge complaint in cyber cell.
