Most of the time with while redeeming vouchers "Contact customer care" error will come, ping there support on the whats app and leave the message and try after 3-4 days worked for me.

Yes.. when you get the voucher, everything written there.

All Visa Infinite cards won't work on Thriwe.

Notable ones which doesn't are Magnus, Infinia etc. Verified Visa Infinite cards working are BOB Eterna on Visa, SC Ultimate, IDFC Wealth cc, IDFC Wealth Debit Card etc

Note that Visa Infinite debit cards also work with few exceptions.
