Using IndusInd Credit Card Reward Points for Mobile Recharge

I have an IndusInd credit card and I'm exploring the "Pay with Rewards" feature through TWID on myjio. can i use my reward points to recharge a different mobile number on MyJio? Or are the points restricted to recharging only my registered mobile number via MyJio?
