Will they attract forex markup fee? It should be idealy
If International merchant accept Indian rupee payment then there is no forex markup fee.

Some international online merchant dnt charge any extra forex markup fee when i pay through UPI, they accept EURO and US Dollar payment but UPI PIN payment page currency auto converted to INR and the currency conversion rate shown is exactly the same rate shown on Google, even slightly lower than google's rate. No extra charges.
