Upgraded credit card will it be LTF in AxisBank?

Recently my axis my zone credit card was approved, after approval I came to know that axis IOCL is also being given LTF. In my area, swiggy, Zomato are not available,so I want axis IOCL because it would be more useful than myzone.
My question is if I raise a query to upgrade my LTF myzone to AXIS IOCL ,WILL it be a LTF card as well?
Cc told me it will be chargeable but agent through which I had applied told me it would be LTF.So I am confised.. kindly help ..

Even if you don't upgrade ... You can ask for a separate card ... Axis gives multiple cards

I already have 3 cards with recently approved axis myzone

You got IOCL card as LTF separately right ... I told whether you could take it separately ...

I haven't got IOCL, Instead of it , I have got axis myzone

if you call customer care and ask for upgrade, you will get chargeable card only... you can apply fresh for iocl card if you want.
