Regalia Gold Upgrade from LTF Millennia to FYF Regalia Gold

I am having LTF millenia and getting offer to Upgrade it to FYF Regalia Gold. Should I consider the offer? I don't use Lounge Access which is given by Regalia Gold . Please help me choosing.

Bro which card did you have earlier? and what was spend like? I just got my millennia converted to LTF last week but RG is still FYF. Now waiting for offer refresh.

It was LTF Millennia. Did a 2.30 lakh payment last month from it. May be that's why got this offer

What's your CL at present?

Only benefit of RG is lounge access else it is useless card. Upgrading to paid version is not a good decision (My personal view)

If unconditional lounge access (12 per annum ) is your need only then go for it. It's rewards are pathetic if you are not a frequent flyer.

Millenia can be double dipped in amazon / flipkart sales.

During sales Millenia gives instant discount + the 5% cashback capped at 1k per month.

If you buy a 40k phone with an instant discount of 6k you get additional 1k too. And if you hit quarterly milestone of 1L spend on this card you get additional 1000 agv voucher too.

Any idea if we get RG as FYF and later 2nd year onwards chances of fee reversal? I mean do they consider request of fee reversal in case not reaching fee waiver criteria of 4L.
