unable to add credit card in hdfc my cards app

i applied for 2nd hdfc card my card is approved i received the insta card in mail but i am unable add that card in hdfc my cards app it is showing enter a valid and active card number

You're referring to the digital Rupay card?
Any which way, wait for a day or two, it should get resolved on it's own.
