Try after 24 hours. It needs some cooling period.

Try using hdfc netbanking to add sbi card. If it's still failing then try later or tomorrow

Yes it's failing and after few days bill registration done but when I pay it's return back to account after few days finally paid from cred

Yes from HDFC net banking bill pay
As SBI credit card asks only last 4 digits and mobile number .
When I register registration failed in billpay
Later it's success . But when I pay payment failed . After 1-2 days credited back to bank account.
Billpay failing I will try after a week

Not sure what is the problem that you're facing. I'm able to pay successfully. Maybe reach out to customer care.
