Transactions getting declined on axis American Express privilege card

Hi,

I got new axis American Express credit card. I had created the pin and enable the online and post transaction. But when I am doing the payment online (Amazon / paytm, etc), the transaction getting declined. Please help me out

Same, I think a lot of other people have the same issue with that cc
