I have tried purchasing the gyftr 10000 voucher via smarbuy for my infinia card but it is failing from two days. Don't see any sms/mail or any other msg.. Any on observed ?

I did not try small amounts. As there is a fee..
Even for smaller amounts, I am unable to purchase amazon gfit card but I am able to purchase 10k amazon shopping voucher.
I purchased it on May 31st. Not sure if anything changed after that
I am seeing the problem from 1st June.
It is failing after the otp and then no sms and no msg on the error.
I have entered correct cvv and otp. It just shows the transaction failed and no more msgs from the bank or gyftr 🙁
may be hdfc restricted your card for gyftr

i purchased 20K (10k X 2) vouchers today Morning , didnt faced any issues.
Realized that the online transaction limit set is 10k. The voucher is coming little more due to extra charges. Due to this, the transaction is failing. HDFC is not providing any error sms or email. Could not realilze until I myself recollected this.
Other banks do send an sms when the transaction fails due to the limit set by the customer.
