Tata Neu Bill Payment Failing with tata neu infinity credit card

Hi everyone,
I am trying to pay utility bill on tata neu app using tata neu infinity credit card.
But since last 20-25 days its failing every damn time.

No way to contact tata neu support executive.

Anyone else facing the same issue ?

It is saying "Rupay credit card payment is not allowed" to pay bills in Tata neu.

Anyone facing the issue?
