Tata Neu App removed HP Gas provider from bill pay

Hi Guys, Few days ago I was trying to book HP Gas cylinder pn tata neu app using tata neu infinity credit card. I was unable to book it as I was getting an error. I raised the complaint with the customer care by writing them. Now I can see that they have removed the biller (in this case HP) from the Bill payment option. Do you know about this?

Recently, I have faced many glitches and issues while using tata neu app and it's credit card. This is making my experience really horrible. It's the cashback which is forcing me to stick to this card. Else I would have already gotten rid of it.
