Since when were they discontinued for cc?

I don't know for sure, but rather than discontinue I have never seen a Select card with those benefits.

The website still does list the OTT benefit but no credit card I know has offered it through RuPay till now.

Understood, this is my first cc which offered this so wasn't aware of this fact.
Held neu infinity, it offers nothing.

But they have offered it in promotion, so they need to fulfill it, even if discontinued, right?

Yup, atleast once they will have to fulfill. Feel free to escalate to RBIO.

If you want to make your case more solid, I would definitely recommend lodging a complaint first on Suryoday Banks website and note down the ref ID number.

Not necessary but I will recommend it, generally RBIO accepts an escalated case when all the means of escalation are exhausted.

If you complained on website they have to provide an Complaint ID which would useful to prove that you were the most co-operative and provided the bank enough time.
