I don't know for sure, but rather than discontinue I have never seen a Select card with those benefits.
The website still does list the OTT benefit but no credit card I know has offered it through RuPay till now.

Understood, this is my first cc which offered this so wasn't aware of this fact.
Held neu infinity, it offers nothing.
But they have offered it in promotion, so they need to fulfill it, even if discontinued, right?
Yup, atleast once they will have to fulfill. Feel free to escalate to RBIO.
If you want to make your case more solid, I would definitely recommend lodging a complaint first on Suryoday Banks website and note down the ref ID number.

Not necessary but I will recommend it, generally RBIO accepts an escalated case when all the means of escalation are exhausted.
If you complained on website they have to provide an Complaint ID which would useful to prove that you were the most co-operative and provided the bank enough time.

They're giving different answers to different people.
I was told that these benefits are discontinued for rupay select cards.
When I asked for all banks? Was told suryoday bank .

AFAIK, till now they have not mentioned any spend criteria to be eligible for the lounge program, so I would say no.

Hi all,
So I had emailed stable money and suryoday regarding them not providing promised benefits, and never heard back from Suryoday.
But now yesterday stable calls and tells me benefits were cancelled blah blah.
Today someone from stable called me again and told me that they apologize for this and can provide me with Rs.400 amazon voucher and I should not complain to RBIO.
I've told them that I can wait for 15 days more and as soon as 30 days will pass I'll complain to RBIO and get my benefits plus compensation for mis-advertisement, else have asked for 1k amazon voucher, to which I am told they'll revert today if it possible or not.
What do you guys suggest I should do? Take GV if they offer, or wait for 30 days to be over and move to RBIO?
