Solution needed to get Physical PAN Card | Pan Number and PAN Card is lost

I generated instant PAN back in 2019 for my mother using aadhaar card, but I'm unable to trace it now. We don't remember the PAN number either. Is there a way to retrieve it? I tried calling the income tax customer care but I'm unable to get through @TechnoFino @Subhankar

have you tried digilocker? almost all govt documents are available there, but i don't remember if the login is through aadhaar or pan
