SmartEarn- Paytm Wallet load (unable to get 5X)

Guys am not getting 5X reward point for my paytm wallet load through american express smartern card
Any one is also facing the same issue ?

Am just getting normal points

All things cleared for me as well.
, when I contacted them yesterday for referral bonusnbot credited they mentioned that they were experiencing some technical difficulties with regard to MR points, this was thru chat..
These days I rarely call them. Chat is my preferred option. They were okay
