Hi.

It's been more than one month since I opened my slice account and I joined the waiting list for CC more than one month ago. If you got the card, can you tell us your experience(waiting period, when did you joined slice first, your TRV, MAB, transaction patter on the account) etc or any other important point that you think can trigger their system to get the card approaved?

1 month is too early. I waited 3 months nd finally got the card 2 days back only. Here's the timeline:-
-Opened account in first week of june
- last week of june: joined the waiting list
- used slice account for most small size upi purchases(most of my expenses r on ecommerce where I use credit cards, so my upi spends on this app was hardly around 5k)
- Added all my credit cards to slice and paid their bills through slice
- Hardly maintained 10-20k in SA most of the times(it dropped to 1k also sometimes and increased to 50k for few days before credit card bill payments)
- Checked the waiting list status almost daily.
Finally as I was casually checking the status 2 days back, it showed that the card is ready. Used my IDFC bank account when asked for salary account as I had maximum balance in it. The card got approved and generated in 5min with 1.5L limit and a soft Cibil enquiry.

Do I need to be a salaried person? Are you a salaried person and your salary gets credited to that account? If not is it a savings account?
Does the credit limit limit depend on the balance of your IDFC account?

You don't need to be a salaried person to get the card.Just give any savings account with decent deposit.I opened account on August first week and joined the CC waitlist.Today I got the option to apply for the card and got a limit of 181k.
I had 52K in slice savings account and been using that account for one month doing some small upi transactions and some occasional bill payments. When they asked for the salary account I used my HDFC savings account which had like 75K.
