Either you raise to slice customer care at level 1 or to the PNO, it's the same. I asked them to close my Slice prepaid card Quadrillion Finance credit line loan account after clearing the dues, and now it’s showing as “on hold.” So even if you pay on time and close the loan account, these clowns will show the same error to everyone and won’t let us apply for the Slice credit card.Looks like no slice card user got option to apply.
Their nodal replying shit ig when card closed they said delete account or switch to borrow etc.
I didn't switched to borrow deleted app.
And now borrow on hold.
