ICICI Amazon pay Credit card approved on call but rejected on website

I had applied for the Amazon Pay ICICI credit card. I did not have to go through any KYC as I'm already am icici wealth account holder. I recieved the successful application email and reference number as well (screenshots attached)
2 days after the application I recieved the call from the executive from ICICI saying did you complete video KYC to which I said there was no option, I already have an account. He replied "Congratulations,your card has been approved and will be visible on imobile within 24 hours and physical card will be delivered in 6 days"

3 days have passed since then, Amazon shows your application didn't go through and I cannot track the application as well, it says no application found. Called customer care, they asked me to wait 7 days.

I mailed my relationship manager and asked her to reply on the mail with my status of application and if rejected, a genuine reason of rejection, if that's not sufficient, I think I should try to escalate it further.

What are your suggestions or views? Has anyone faced a similar situation? Thank you for taking out your time to read.
