Same here. I think people with active physical debit cards are charged 300+GST and People without active physical debit card are charged replacement fee due to incompetence of bank staff.

I am still unsure about the forex markup on this card. Someone said 0 forex on this but not working for me so can't confirm.

Maybe I should get Rupay JCB Platinum card instead for forex. But this has better value otherwise. Damn. Life is hard man.
