So my mom got pre-approved SBI credit card offer on her banking account (onlinesbi.sbi). Hence, I was applying for Cashback card for her. She is a PSU employee and her salary account is SBI.
However, I got below error (instant rejection??) when I submitted the application:
Further, I see below error in her banking account if I try to re-apply:
Both are having different error code, I'm not able to figure out the rejection reason.
Can someone who know this shed light on this and what should be my next steps?
PS:
1. She doesn't have any credit card in her name till now, so rejection for duplicate/2nd card is ruled out.
2. She never had any kind of loans, credit cards, or EMI cards in her name. So there is no CIBIL score for her.
