For PSUs issuing Rupay Select Cards ,benefits are all the same ,

For Private banks ,they don't have many Rupay Select Cards to begin with ,they don't issue them easily and benefits are limited to what bank offers you ,the only example i know is HDFC Tata Neu Infinity Rupay Select Credit Card and it only gives international lounge ,no other benefits

Not that i knoe of ,and might be only for premium banking customers with high NRV ,so difficult to get

You can look at Jana SFB VKYC savings account..
Don't get Debit card issued while opening the account.

Once account is opened you can call customer care and get Rupay select DC issued for yourself.

VKYC savings account has AMB requirement of only 2500 rupees and rupay select DC issuance charges and AMC are 499+GST.

yes there are some SMS charges as well. For my account it is coming around 3-4 rupess per quarter. So I didn't try to find how can I disable it.

Yup all available, I've already redeemed ₹100 uber voucher each on both my Canara and Union Rupay Select Cards
