Rentenpe is the new way to pay rents. Trying to build a rent score similar to credit score.

Pay rent through any credit card @0.32% only on RentenPe. Seems to be for a limited time. Better that RedGirraffe at the moment and allowing any bank. If you wish to my referral - DM for referral code. Additional discounts depending on the rental amount and period.

Personally made the first payment on 1st Jan and amount credited to landlord the same day.

e-Rent agreement, how u got that ?

You should tell your broker to make e-rent agreement (online rent agreement). They make it and do aadhaar otp for signing the agreement.

I received a call from the company today inquiring about how I learned about them and why I uninstalled their application within five minutes of installation. I explained that their services are unavailable in Delhi NCR; they responded that a pan-India launch is imminent.

What are benefits of using referral code? I don’t see any option to put it during login and if it has any benefits?

Redgirraffe is still tried & tested, and most importantly considered safe by almost all banks as they verify rent agreement.

Unless the app you mentioned do the same, it will be risk using this. Let's wait for time being & see things play out.

i have been red giraff user since 2018 but now switched to rentenpay since 5-6 months super smooth experience so far. also unlike redgiraffer it dosent take 1-2 days to process the money , landlord immediately gets it in few hours.
