I think you don't even need to send the form. Just can give written consent over email to the 5 points mentioned.

Let me tell u so u don't make the same mistake.

1. Vouchers yes u can use it later. no issues.
2. Transfer points immediately to Accor. It will give you twice the value, if you wait, then you'll lose half the value.

What are the options to use accor points for in case the person is not opting for stay at accor properties. Can we further convert it into some other points

Congrats on getting the upgrade.
I think it is better to convert RG points to hotel or airline partner before conversion. Because after conversion it will be halved.
If you don't have any plan, then convert to Mariott because later you can convert from Mariott to other partners.
If you have some plan of hotel, then it's better to move to Accor.

Converted it to accor all points. Instantly done. Redeemed the 5k smartbuy vouchers x2 for future use too. Thanks everyone.

9.5L limit and 12L in spends. Feel like an idiot honestly, wanted infinia and qualified for it but they changed the criterias last month making me ineligible.

And what about salary criteria / ITR, or just CL and 6m spends did the job ?

Did I miss something ? I tried to upgrade my regalia gold to DCB metal, but they are asking me to download the upgrade form, fill it, then send it along with the ITR document/salary slips to some Chennai address. Never gave me a consent form 🥹

Yes just both of those. But bhai card haath me aane do pehle. It's hdfc card aaye tabhi maanunga.
