Regalia Gold Catalogue for Amazon Prime is now valued at 0.10 p

I was trying to take amazon prime membership from regalia gold's exclusive catalogue which valued amazon prime membership at 2300 pts(INR 1499) at 0.65 conversion. But now it shows 12 months membership at 14990 pts i.e at 0.10 conversion.
Is this a a glitch? or is gold exclusive now worse than other rewards. What to do with this card since apart from flight/hotels nothing is good to redeem.

yes now cash redemption is giving more return than amazon pay, few months back it was 0.35% (Still tolerable), but not now.

The problem is gold exclusive comes with 0.65 redemption. So this voucher is devalued but not removed. If it gets removed, the exclusive catalogue would have just 3 options.
The card itself would no longer be of any use apart from lounge access.

yes now cash redemption is giving more return than amazon pay, few months back it was 0.35% (Still tolerable), but not now.

Both in smartbuy portal and NetBanking credit card section we get option of cash redemption.
