Infinia RedGiraffe payment via hdfc bill pay using credit card marked as RENTALBBPSNO instead of HDFC BILLPAY this time

Hi all,

Looks like HDFC has patched redgiraffe payment option as well in bill pay option via credit card.

Now payment email contains remarks as RENTALBBPSNO instead of HDFC BILLPAY when payment made to redgiraffe via credit credit using hdfc bill pay.

I don’t think we will get rewards points anymore on this. I will get to know in few days once amount is settled.

Does anyone else have received reward points after getting remarks as RENTALBBPSNO via hdfc bill pay ?

Can confirm HDFC has patched the RedGiraffe/BillPay and no longer getting points on Infinia.

I am registered for the smartpay on the DCB metal for redgiraffe payment and I can confirm that I have received the reward points for 1st Feb payment.

Is this only for Infinia?
I have the FYF Infinia offer do I take or not coz of this I'll lose more than 10k points in a year . Can any other DCB metal card owner confirm? Did they received through smartpay or is it only me ?

Think two people have got points using Smartpay. Try that.

Else, instead of rent transfer using other avenues like education, snapay
