These come up randomly, and also you might get a call from then. Just in case you decide to take this upgrade, Do let us know by how much your limit changed.
I heard that they offer humongous limits to insignia

I have received a similar upgrade message last night and even I am under same situation - World Safari LTF and Signature Banking.

Nothing spend... Never used except 1rs transaction

RBL cards are not good for anything else other than whatever upfront discounts you get. They never credit reward points correctly, the tech team seems to be made of primary school coders, the customer support itself is in need of life support. And when you anyways don't spend on their cards, I'd say don't think of a paid RBL CC. World Safari is a decent enough card as LTF.

Even I rejected the upgrade offer. I just use RBL Card for bank related offers on various E- Commerce Platform.

I agree on the scarcity of offers but If the card is LTF... I think U can keep the card. I have used the card to get some discount in Zepto or MakeMyTrip.
