RBL Credit Card converted from Zomato Edition started showing up in RBL mobile banking app.

New card (Shoprite) visible in RBL mobile banking app (not my card app) converted from RBL Zomato Edition card.
Full limit has been transferred to new card and Zomato Edition shows 0 limit.

The card name is being shown as RBL Bank Storefront credit card don't know why!!

RBL phone support agents are pathetic, they always have outdate info.

If you ask them whether your replacement card no. is generated or not, they'll give the info. Also tell them that other customers have already got the card generated on their app.

Sorry I don't have info about anyone having Visa edition card. But franchise shouldn't matter as they've issued Visa World safari to Visa edition holders as well.

Yes I have VISA Edition Classic card and Shoprite card is issued to me which I can see in RBL Mycard app as well as Mobile Banking App. But under Edition classic card it is showing total outstanding as 0, limit as 0 but it shows 11 days payment overdue. I payed full amount on 4th may. The RBL Mycard app shows transaction details as well but still it shows payment overdue whereas earlier it showed as paid. Anyone facing the same issue?

everything will sort out , You just have to look at Shoprite statement now .

Same here i also got WhatsApp MSG today and it's visible under RBL MYCARD APP as well.
We will not get welcome benifits here since it's Ltf for us. Only those who will pay joining fees will be eligible for welcome benifits and overall this card is useless and just a trash

I had VISA edition classic, got a WhatsApp msg today, and checked the app it is showing Shoprite with the old limit and edition card greyed out but both of the cards are displaying outstanding amounts. Should I connect with the support?
