There's no benefit of Calling cc or rm
They also just mail what we say.

Call CC amd ask them to connect with back end team regarding DC..
You never know

That was when I opened my account, and my RM told me to do a POS transaction to get the joining voucher. But later, @VISHESH_BANSAL clarified that it's not necessary. Since then, I have opened accounts for my family members, and in none of them did I do any POS transaction. 😁

someone report a transaction of rs 5k in my acc as fraud .
amt was rcvd in idfc
i did some internal transaction
so they leined 2 times in idfc and 1 in uco
but it should be 1 time in idfc

No place for tracking. You will receive email and sms when they credit the points
