@SJM - Apparently, recently, the total number of Banking Ombudsmen were increased from 22 to 24, wherein Chennai and Kolkata got two BOs each. The Kolkata-I Banking Ombudsman is still Mr. Rabindra Kishore Panda (Earlier was for the whole WB and Sikkim region), whereas for Kolkata - II, a newer one was assigned, who is, Miss Mary Lianlunkim Deng. Apparently, your complaints are being forwarded to Miss Deng.

I'm not sure if it is divided district-wise. Perhaps your complaint can go either of these. For instance, for a recent complaint I made to RBI Ombudsman, I was replied by the Office of RBI Ombudsman (ORBIO), Kolkata-I.
