@SJM — No idea, since the complaints are automatically routed via their Centralized Receipt and Processing Centre (CRPC) platform. And as far as I know, emailing directly to the regional BO isn't permissible by the policy.
Nonetheless, maybe you can try sending a trail email
obo.kolkata@rbi.org.in after registering the complaint on their CMS portal. This now belongs to Kolkata-I, but in my opinion, it's not worth it. (The email ID belonging to Ombudsman for the new BO, Kolkata-II is,
orbiokolkata2@rbi.org.in.)
By the way, from which email IDs have you been receiving your recent replies from (Like in last 4-5 months): from
crpc@rbi.org.in or another one? And do they explicitly mention "Kolkata-II" in these recent emails?
