Question on Accor plus vouchers usage

Hi i have not used my Accor plus vouchers till now and planning to go to grand mercure bangalore for a buffet along with my parents and wife total 4 people

1. Can we use 2 vouchers to get all 4 buffets complementary? One is a grand mercure specific voucher and another is a generic voucher see pic below

2. For this attached voucher do you know how to get list of hotels which will give complimentary buffet

Best option is to call hotel and confirm this requirement.

I have availed one voucher for 2 people and got free lunch at Novotel ORR, but using 2 vouchers on same table will be little tricky, but you can check with the hotel by calling them

Yes they know... lot of people use them

Hi, generally they don't allow 2 vouchers at same time from one member!! One voucher per table only is allowed as per T&Cs.

I go with my family (4 people) and use vouchers regularly. But I and my wife both have memberships and we use one voucher of each time.

Regarding the point #2, it can be used any Accor hotel in India. Best way is to call the hotel and confirm before going there.

Most Accor hotels in India don't accept two vouchers for same table/account. It's better to talk with them first, then use it.

2 vouchers are only accepted if there are 2 accorplus members on the table, Example- your spouse might have also accorplus supplementary membership. Generic dining vouchers is accepted almost at every accor hotel in India, maybe except raffles brand.
